A combination of 68.2% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27.3% Merlot, 4.5% Syrah

This is a red blend is similar to a light port without the higher alcohol content.  This wine is ripe and jammy with explosive flavors of raspberry, plum and cherry for a soft and smooth finish.

Pairs nicely with chocolate, fig and prosciutto.
